2. INTRODUCTION
▪ House is a basic need fulfilled Maslow’s Theory. House is a human
need which is very important to lead to a better life.
▪ Bumiputera and non-Bumiputera involvement in the property sector is
emphasized under the 10th Malaysia Plan
• The increase in growth rate due to migration, lifestyle, high birth rate,
improving living standard has caused people to have their own
property (Jumadi, 2010)
• For Johor, 40% of Bumiputera quota fixed by state government is
higher compared to other states
• Discount for 15% given to Bumiputera buyer from actual price

3. PROBLEM STATEMENT
Statistic
▪ Statistic Dept ; Bumiputera income
is lower than non Bumiputera
▪ Initiative to take care of both parties
interest by state goverment
▪ Addition of Lot Bumiputera quotas
should be done as most residential
property units are quite expensive
and as failed to be sold
▪ JPPH ; property units transactions
for non-Bumiputera is higher than
Bumiputera
