After spending hours grading single math papers and tests, a fellow teacher told me she used this format to have all students use when turning in work. It has been a lifesaver for me. If a student has an incorrect answer, I can look to the side of page and find any misconceptions in their work easily, without being bogged down wading through work or trying to find where the next answer was placed unnecessarily.
