– measure the reputation of all organisations through
objective, evidentiary assessment of delivery and
performance linked to KPIs of quality, capability maturity,
commercial viability, risk management expertise and
experience in handling similar projects
• Benefit:
– better project outcomes by enabling purchasers and
providers to identify, understand and combine their
strengths to overcome their weaknesses
