I'm talking to you today about Guts. To start or run a business you need to have guts every single day, not just on occasion.
Starting a company is hard. Running a company is hard. Knowing when to stick, quit, start, stop, listen, ignore, raise money, bootstrap instead, all this is insanely hard. It takes Guts to do all these things.
Some days look like this.
Others feel like this.
Sometimes there’s something truly terrifying to be done.
There’s no epiphany. So don’t wait for one. No one will give you permission.
