Having worked with over 100 companies, including

Jacki. Whether it’s luring attendees to an association

Jacki began Think Tank Creative in 2003 with no—yes,
that's right: nada, zip, zilch—clients and has quickly
grown a business built on its reputation and

Over the last four years, Jacki has been consistently
recognized with industry awards. She is an active
participant in the Washington, D.C. design community
as a member of the American Institute of Graphic Arts

JOSHUA LIPSCHUTZ
President, Technical Director
Joshua oversees the technical direction of Related
Media. He works closely with clients to identify their
specific needs, set measurable goals, and in the end,
deliver a solution that provides extraordinary results for
their business.
Joshua has consulted and directed dozens of custom
development projects for government agencies and
nonprofits in education, healthcare, human services,
philanthropy, and others. His projects have ranged from
basic website development to enterprise-level relational
databases integrated into customized CMS solutions.
Prior to starting Related Media, worked as a business
and technical advisor for such organizations as Deloitte
and Touche, LLP., Citigroup and US Trust, providing
creative consultation to senior management in the areas
of finance, product development, marketing, sales and
investor relations.

MICHAEL SCAPPA
Lead Developer
Since joining Related Media, Michael has been
instrumental as lead developer for open-source
products, online relational databases, and customized
SaaS solutions. Michael now leads the development and
production teams in the creation of new products/
solutions, development of upgrades, and technical
support. He was the talent behind the creation of a
group of products designed to enhance non-profit
websites functionality, including e-commerce, website
content editing, online community-building, and email
campaigning.
Michael is fluent in key development languages including
PHP, PERL, ASP, Javascript, AJAX and Ruby on Rails, as
well as a variety of open-source software platforms such
as Drupal and CiviCRM. In addition, Michael is Cisco CNA
certified, part of Microsoft's operating systems beta
testing teams, as well as a technical reviewer for O’Reilly
Media. He has significant experience in server
administration, networking, several database engines,
and development on both Linux and Windows platforms.

CHRIS OLNEY
Project Manager
Chris joined Related Media in 2004 as the team’s project
manager. Skilled in the various nuances of the
development firms goings-on, Chris is an integral
member of the Related Media development team. He
manages both projects and accounts and is well versed
in deploying the latest Web 2.0 technologies.
(Ok, so they’re slightly bigger, but it
takes a lot of brain power to make the
behind the scenes stuff happen.)
