We conduct phone calls and in-person interviews will be conducted with the temporary’s direct supervisor:

MDT will generate custom reports at your request. The graphic above is an actual section of a report MDT generated
for a client at their request. The client had a high turnover rate on temporaries with a previous vendor and wanted to
find out why turnover was at such an elevated level. MDT started servicing the account and generated reports based on
employee surveys and feedback provided from the client’s management. Although this is a small section of the report,
the end result indicated that pay rate and headcount reduction were the leading causes of turnover. MDT suggested
increasing the pay rate for temporary employees and have sucessfully kept turnover to a minimum and production
levels to a maximum.
