We are looking for a Senior Web Developer who is motivated to transform the art of design into the art of programming. Responsibilities will include translation of the
UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the UI/UX designer team and take an active role in
development process of websites and apps.

● Develop new user-facing features & improve
existing features
● Write reusable code and libraries for future
use
● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
● Optimize application for maximum speed and
scalability
● Assure that all user input is validated before
submitting to back-end
● Collaborate with other team members and
stakeholders
CORE SKILLS
● Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
& AJAX
● Mastery in PHP & MySQL
● Mastery in Laravel framework
● Proficiency in Git version control system
● Proficiency in Twitter Bootstrap & Zurb
Foundation
● Mastery in Photoshop, Illustrator & Affinity
● Mastery in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint &
Outlook
● Good communication skills in Bangla & English
● Ability to think differently & see the big picture
● Ability to meet deadline
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s in any discipline. CSE or MIS
graduates will be given preference
