We do not know, of course, why you need to learn more about What Is The treatment For Sleep

If you have sleep apnea, you may feel quite tired and drowsy during the day. If you are so tired from
sleep apnea as to be thoroughly exhausted all day, it is unsafe, and you must correct the situation. You
should refrain from the use of heavy machinery or operating a car.

If you have sinus or allergy issues, this may be causing your sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a difficult
enough condition to deal with. There's no reason to compound your troubles by suffering through other
problems that make it harder to breathe. Keeping your airways clear and free by properly treating nasal
issues can help you sleep better at night.

Do you regularly smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol? Rid yourself of those bad habits. The reason is
because these harmful substances impact your airways, and as a result, your sleep. Alcohol relaxes your
airways, making them more prone to collapse, and smoking can cause them to swell, restricting airflow.
If losing these habits is not possible, then at least limit yourself before going to bed.

Get fitted with a custom mouth guard that's right for you! These devices are worn in the mouth while
sleeping and help to keep the airways open for a better night's sleep. The setting of your jaw can
contribute to the symptoms of your sleep apnea and actually make the condition worse.




If you are not getting enough sleep, take a nap. Try to take a nap in the middle of your day to give you a
little more energy. If you need to, explain to your boss about your situation and show how a nap can
make you a more productive worker.

Don't use more than one standard pillow. Puffy pillows, or using too many pillows, can put you in a
position that interferes with your breathing. This causes you to lie in a way where breathing is more
difficult. Because of this you should only use one pillow for easier sleeping.
Minimize your alcohol intake. Alcohol relaxes the muscles in the throat and causes your airway to
become constricted. It's best to put down the bottle entirely, but if you don't want to do that, you
should drink only minimal amounts, and do so early in the day. Doing so will minimize the chance that
alcohol will interfere with your sleep.

If you're certain you have sleep apnea, you must find ways to deal with it. If you get enough sleep, you
will be healthier. Getting a better night's sleep can improve the quality of your life.
