• Expect to receive $80,324 less in FY13 than we did in FY12
• Expect at least 120 judges at CNJ in FY13 compared with 20 in FY12
• CCA awarded $49,715 in FY12 and $57,400 in FY13 to Family
Violence Council and District Court Alliance for a total of $107,115

• CCA has required us to maintain the Appellate Education Fund at
$98,000 in FY12 and again in FY13 even though only 2/3 of those
funds are used by appellate judges

awards by the CCA:
– YAFI had to be cut
– We cannot conduct an Associate Judge
Conference
– TCJS will not include the core program this year;
only the specialty tracks will be offered.
