Mr. McDonald serves as a strategic corporate advisor on retainer to public and private company CEO’s and institutional investors. From 2013 to 2015 Mr. McDonald was Chief Operating Officer of VocalTec (NASDAQ: CALL) a provider of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS). At VocalTec Mr. McDonald was responsible for corporate strategy and oversaw the company’s sales and marketing divisions. Mr. McDonald joined the Company after having previously served as advisor to the CEO. Prior to joining VocalTec, Mr. McDonald was a Partner at Eagle River Partners, the private investment partnership for wireless entrepreneur and investor Craig McCaw from 2009 to 2011.
