Determining  The  Right Price
Pricing Your Home You don't want to price your home so low that it sells so easily that you end up losing out on money that could've been yours Nor do you want to price your home so high, that it never even gets shown So you have to price your home relative to the market
The High Price In Overpricing No one is going to come to see it And when you drop the price, it’s likely not to be seen even then because of a negative stigma attached to the home So all you have left to do is to continue to drop the price and this will leave you vulnerable to buyers who’ll negotiate very aggressively with you
The High Priced Dream You may have a dream to overprice your home and by luck, the market will somehow come to you It won’t happen. Even with the world’s best marketing, an overpriced home will not be sold. Don’t sell your home in fantasy land, because you’ll end up losing. And losing heavily. So don’t do overprice your home!
The Right Price For Your Home Unfortunately, it’s not what you think it is It’s what a qualified buyer thinks it’s worth and is willing to pay for it. Because let’s be realistic. You receive the selling price, not the listing price. The right price is what a buyer is willing to pay.
Time Is Money:Money Is Time What’s more important to you? The price or the time? You cannot have both. Do you need to sell within a certain time frame? Or can you hold out for the best possible price? What is your priority?  The Price  or  The Time ?
To Successfully Sell Your Home You need to know what’s more important. Price or time. A real estate agent can guide your pricing decisions, but ultimately the responsibility of pricing your home is your decision. Once again, clarity in these matters help you and go a long way. To have a smooth home selling experience, nailing the right price on your home is a key factor.
