How To Write An Illustration Essay
Illustration Essay Grandparents relate more closely to grandchildren than to their own children in
many ways. Grandparents and their children can be stubborn and not want to deal with each other
anymore because of problems from the past. After so long grandparents give up on their children
and deal with them from a distance. Grandparents are more willing to relate to their grandchildren
more than their children because it is another chance of getting to know their children through their
grandchildren. Growing up as a child in a dysfunctional home causes children to abhor their parents
and have a difficult time trusting them. Both parents not staying together in one house cause
abhorrence against the parents. Going home every day to drunk men and loud music, going to bed
hearing loud arguments causes children to become afraid. After growing up and understanding
everything that has happened as a kid growing up, gives children a different outlook on life. After
years of being in a home where there is no balance causes children to dislike their parents because of
the hurt and lies they have been through. When children get into their adulthood, most of them
forgive their parents and some continue to be stubborn and not forgive them. Some parents today
still live the party lifestyle with no responsibilities and do not care....show more content...

Illustration: Make A Differences
Illustration: Make a Difference One of the most important things I can do to give back to my
community is mentor to the upcoming freshmen at my local college. Perhaps the best way to
achieve this is to make an informative video. This video would show the students all of the exciting
aspects of campus life and inform them of the opportunities that can arise after graduation. One of
the most challenging issues I faced when beginning college was not knowing what I wanted to do
with my life after the fact. After researching available degree plans and jobs, I decided that a career
in administration would be the best option for me. I believe that if students are closely advised from
the beginning, they will have higher rates of success and waste less time on frivolous classes while
they try to figure themselves out. First time college students sometimes face difficulties as they
transition from the structured life of high...show more content...
Most students do not think about the cost of college, as they either have their parents or a
scholarship to help them pay. For other students though, they have the option to pay out of pocket or
get a loan to assist them. Research shows "The average student debt for a 4–year institution in
Arkansas is $25,344" (Ticas). "Holy cow!" (K. Flachmann and M. Flachmann 162). All in all, I
think that an educational video about college would prove to be beneficial for an incoming college
freshman class. The video would address the aspects of campus life and show the opportunities
available after graduation. Hopefully this video would provide adequate insight into the benefits of
obtaining a degree and help the students to be less intimidated by the college experience. With most
of the business world requiring a college education, it is more essential than ever that our young
people follow through with college and better themselves on the

Illustration Paragraph
So, let 's suppose that you have done some brainstorming to develop your thesis. What else should
you keep in mind as you begin to create paragraphs? Every paragraph in a paper should be
Unified–All of the sentences in a single paragraph should be related to a single controlling idea
(often expressed in the topic sentence of the paragraph).
Clearly related to the thesis–The sentences should all refer to the central idea, or thesis, of the paper
(Rosen and Behrens 119).
Coherent–The sentences should be arranged in a logical manner and should follow a definite plan
for development (Rosen and Behrens 119).
Well–developed–Every idea discussed in the paragraph should be adequately explained and
supported through evidence and details...show more content...
Step 4. Explain the example(s)
The next movement in paragraph development is an explanation of each example and its relevance
to the topic sentence and rationale that were stated at the beginning of the paragraph. This
explanation shows readers why you chose to use this/or these particular examples as evidence to
support the major claim, or focus, in your paragraph.
Continue the pattern of giving examples and explaining them until all points/examples that the
writer deems necessary have been made and explained. NONE of your examples should be left
unexplained. You might be able to explain the relationship between the example and the topic
sentence in the same sentence which introduced the example. More often, however, you will need to
explain that relationship in a separate sentence. Look at these explanations for the two examples in
the slave spirituals paragraph:
Model explanation for example A– When slaves sang this song, they could have been speaking of
their departure from this life and their arrival in heaven; however, they also could have been
describing their plans to leave the South and run, not to Jesus, but to the North.
Model explanation for example B–[The relationship between example B and the main idea of the
paragraph 's controlling idea is clear enough without adding another sentence to

Illustration Of Ethos Pathos Logos
The very first word we read are "for a fact." This is a clear illustration of logos. The writers are
attempting to use logic and reason to substantiate a feeling of security. However, there is no data or
clear facts present. They state "We're proud to list [the ingredients] for your inspection..." yet
ironically there are no ingredients listed. This ad realis on artistic proofs as opisose to hard
evidence. It makes a claim, that seven–up is a drink for people of all ages, and then presents
validation for said claim. For a fact, it is dependent upon a lack of data to create an argument. The
apences of any clear hard logos is exactly what makes the logos exist.

Animation Essay
Animation
My personal enjoyment with animation has inspired me to write this essay, pertaining to animation.
Since I was a child I have been fascinated with cartoons; from when they started out to be black and
white, and until now with full colour and computer effects. To better perceive what mypersonal
feelings about animation are, I must first discuss in full detail, a general overview of how animators
bring traditional animation alive with motion.
Animation seems like a smooth movement of drawn sequences of artwork, pasted together to form a
single sequence of animation. This is the basis of animation, but animation is far simpler than it may
seem. "The true meaning...show more content...
Because so many personnel are involved in producing a single piece of animated film, creation of
this is very costly. Companies must create a team of animators that are willing to work together to
get the finished product perfect the first time around. No matter how modest or ambitious the
project, the team of animators follow a strict number of structured procedures, and must possess the
understanding of the concepts and terminology in traditional animation.
When the team has been assembled. The team begins a long process of set procedures, which all
animators worldwide use. Below the many set procedures are described in full detail.
1.Script
The script is the first stage in all film production. In an animation script, the visual action in the plot
and performance is far more important than the dialogue.
2.Storyboard
The storyboard is a series of roughly drawn images that convey the action described in the script.
This scene–by–scene portrayal helps the writer, director and animation team to access the content of
the project and to correct any deficiencies in the scripted story.
3.Soundtrack
After the script and storyboard are completed, the recording of any dialogue or key music is
undertaken. Since traditional animation relies on perfect synchronization of the

Fashion Illustration Essay
Illustration is an art that allows to create an amazing aesthetics that is hard to remake or achieve
with the same aesthetic value using digital technologies or photography because of the emotional
atmosphere, transfer of mood of the work of art and detailed visualization of images. The term
"illustration" itself has a several meanings, but the most known is 'art design'. In the past, illustration
due to its characteristics been only associated with books and magazines as a support for a text.
However, as the time passed illustration became an individual type of art that no longer need to play
a supporting role for anything. This evolution leads illustration forward to the division of a broader
term into narrower subtopics, which introduced the creation of fashion illustration. From that point, it
was clear that fashion illustration is one of the oldest and most important movements in the history
of illustration. Through the time, it has always had a touch with graphic design and fine arts, it has
an undeniable influence on fashion and vice versa. Right now, it is possible to recognize another
story of fashion by them because they reflect an individual and not a group view on it, unlike in
photography. Throughout history, the artists through their works have tried to push the boundaries
of our perception, inviting to the world of their dreams and fantasies. However, before fashion
illustration was brought to life, it is initially the engravings in the 16th century are

What Is Self Worth Essay
Your self worth is more important than you think, many people don't realize that it is an important
asset to your everyday life. Self–worth, self–esteem, and self–respect are the three things that many
people struggle with. No matter how ugly people can be you have to keep in mind you are as
worthy as anybody else. People criticize one another without realizing the damage that is done to
their piers. I will be showing you some steps that have helped me gain respect for myself. Step 1
is to never compare yourself to anybody else and to love yourself . Step 2 is to surround yourself
with supportive people. Step 3 is to always talk positive about yourself. Step 1 is to never
compare yourself to anybody else to love yourself . Its natural for us to compare ourselves to
others, but it doesn't improve our status, make us a better person, or secure our happiness. In
many cases its does the opposite by making us feel bad about ourselves. For example, i used to
compare myself to other people who were way prettier and thinner than me. Comparing myself to
them wasn't helping me at all it was just bringing myself esteem down, building more of my
insecurities up, just making me be so negative. But i noticed by doing that it wasn't helping me feel
any better about myself it was just doing the opposite. What helped me stop was that i started to
learn how to love my self just the way I am, i realized that every human has their own insecurities.
Loving yourself is very important, do not

Comparing Forms of Illustration
There are several areas we can explore in regards to specialization in illustration. These areas include
fashion, advertising, technical, editorial, and medical forms.
Although each of these forms has their own unique characteristics and attributes, the two forms that I
am most interested in are advertising and editorial. For some time in my life I used to believe that
these two forms of illustration generally meant the same thing. I was wrong because there are many
dissimilar characteristics between the two. One of the main differences between advertising and
editorial illustration is that advertising illustration uses all kinds of visual images and has a vast
array of mediums available for usage. This includes photographs and sometimes including
illustrations in the design in order to show something that the photograph cannot. According toThe
Art
Institute, "They can emphasize, idealize, and show things that do not exist in reality. In some cases,
an illustration may grab a viewer's attention because they know that the picture is not a photograph
and they admire how well it is drawn" (The Art Institute). In my opinion, the possibilities and
creativity is endless in advertising illustration because there are fewer limitations in contrast to
editorial advertising. Editorial illustration is a form of illustration that primarily uses newspapers and
magazines to cling to. These illustrations are used frequently to convey a message or opinion about
the topic

Illustration As An Illustration
1.What is illustration?
It's very difficult to give a precise definition to the term " illustration " . Some people think of the
illustrated manuals from Ikea , while someone else thinks about the illustrated children's book by
Chris Haughton.
Illustration is a unique art form that is not defined by the media , but by its context. Illustrations
bring life into concepts and stories.
Whether they are created digitally or manually , illustrations can be both a masterful work of art as a
practical, business apply.
2.Where do Illustrators work?
Images and illustrations are all around us. The most obvious images are book covers , t–shirts , and
so on but in addition , you also have the more subtle artworks as decorative items and lighting.

This type of illustrator creates illustrations for magazines and newspapers.
These illustrations are often briefed by an art director . Usually these contracts have also a very short
deadline, maybe even several days because magazines and newspapers often appear weekly or
monthly. The size can vary from a few small doodles to a greatillustration spread across a double
page .
2.Publishing
Book publishing – in any form or medium whatsoever – is a major source of income for illustrators.
The main categories are : fiction, non –fiction, educational children's books , comic books and
graphic novels and finally youth literature. For these types of assignments illustrators usually get a
longer period to come to a final product.
3.Design & Advertising
Images for design & advertising are usually commissioned through an agency on behalf of an end
client.
Corporate clients may require images for a whole range of contexts that need to perform varied
functions across print and digital platforms. This can include logo's, website's, brochures,
newsletters, direct mail to potential customers, annuel reports and in –house promotional material
such as cards, posters and

Dr. Seuss Illustration Attractiveness
When I read the book, I found the illustration absolutely attractive. There are bright colors, imaginary
and fun creatures, as well as their easy–to–read expressions for kids. On the other hand, the words
used in the book were informative enough to include a lot of educational concepts like colors,
shapes, sizes, numbers, opposite–adjectives and hilarious enough with its rhyming text. It tells about
various kinds of fish and other interesting pets with their own uniqueness, the things they like/dislike
to do and the problems that bothering them. Kids could travel together with this boy and girl to get
to know these enchanted creatures. As for the answers to some questions, Dr. Seuss left it for the
kids to ask from their parents. For the beginning

Illustration Essay: Why We Drink
It was a Monday morning and the topic of everyone's conversation was the past weekend. Usually
explaining how drunk they were and the uncontrollable mishaps that we didn't even remember
until the next day. For example, they tell their friends "Man, I was soooo wasted last night, I must
have drank like 10 beers and like half a bottle of vodka", all told with smile of excitement hoping to
do it again the next weekend. This regular occurrence got me thinking, why do we brag ourselves
and praise others for accomplishing something that requires absolutely no skill? In short, why do we
get drunk?
I feel that some people drink in order to knock down or at least lower the wall of insecurities they
have built up inside them even for just an...show more content...
One weekend night after drinking too much Smirnoff Vodka, Mike decided he didn't want to be a
friend to a certain girl anymore and was going to change all that. Unfortunately, this turned out to
be a failed attempt for Sean where he admitted his true feelings which weren't mutual. In effort to
erase a sense of rejection with an excuse for his actions, Sean later told her "I wasn't serious, I was
just really drunk" to avoid any awkwardness between them.
Alcohol is frequently used to wipe a bed memory or experience. After being fired from a job or
attempting to deal with the loss of loved one, an outlet for many people is to "drink away their
problems." For example, my Uncle became an alcoholic because he blamed himself for the
accidental death of his twin brother. He would constantly drink to try and numb the unforgiving pain
and regret of a fateful day where his brother was killed in a motorcycle accident.
In many instances people drink to simply have a good time. I interpret this statement as though
people enjoy having no sense of control, no restraint to any rules or any form of order. They may
enjoy the thought of having no idea where the night may take them and what they may do while
they're detached from their usual self and regular behaviors. Also, younger adults who are underage
may drink just to go against the rules. Getting drunk because they are told by their parents and the
law that they are not allowed to and no longer wish to

Essay about Digital Art Technology
Digital Art Technology
Technology is constantly growing and changing our ways of living. It makes life easier at times,
and more interesting too. When one would think of art in the past, usually computers and
technology did not come to mind. Now because of modern technology, the digital age is uncovering
vast ways to create amazing works of art through computer tools and software. Art is now digitally
created and can appear unbelievable to the modern eye.
Digital art technology is in some ways, a form of art that can be constructed on a computer based
template and still portray an artistГ•s rendition but in a mechanical manner. Г’As early as 1912, the
futurists planned moving sculptures driven by machine, in which the...show more content...

Г’Today, computers are found in almost every area of art, though with varying degrees of

acceptable form of art. Acceptable meaning known; People around the world could tell you
theyГ•ve heard of Michelangelo or Picasso. Classical art and digital art have certain similarities,
but far more differences. Both forms of art begin with the artistГ•s view of an idea or concept.
They both have creative attributes and qualities that are controlled by the artist and viewed by an
audience. Evidently, there is different media used in each form. Where classical artist may use a
paintbrush and a canvas to create a painting, a digital artist would use software like Photoshop
though a computer to create an image. However now, artists can even imitate media like watercolor,
charcoal, markers, and even oil pastels with certain software digitally.
There are two kinds of computer based art that uses the computer as a tool for creating the work.
The two kinds are computer–assisted art and computer–created art. Г’In computer–assisted art, an
application like a paintbox or music program is used in creation of a work. Computer–created art
begins with an algorithm written by the artist, which when run, produces a work, usually with some
element of randomness involved so that

Illustration In Maus By Art Spiegelman
Illustration is by far one of the best methods of expressing a story or an idea to a large–scale
audience. In literature, writer uses various amounts of illustration to appeal to their audience's
interests and point of view.
But with Graphic Novels, readers see things the way the writer/illustrator sees them. Drawings,
cartoons, and photographs can give readers the exact imaging the author wants to share with his
readers.
When people think of graphic novels, most likely you would think of children's books or
Superhero comics. Now this may be true; but the use of graphic novels hold a lot of benefits for
adults as well. They're the perfect way to share a message without any miscommunication. And let's
face it, almost every adult out has a favorite genre that can be shared in a graphic novel. I for one love
comics with Anti–heroes and Sci–fi/Fantasies. One famous graphic novel that shows the power of
illustration is Maus by Art Spiegelman, which illustrates the darkest points of the Holocaust with a
perspective of mice (Jews) being suppressed by cats (Nazis)....show more content...
I myself enjoy writing and creating characters, but one of the greatest challenges is making
molding their image with words. Even if I have a perfect visual of my character in mind and very
descriptive choice of words, my readers will never see my character the same way I do. I might
be able to attempt adding enough description in my text too help the readers see them, but that
would take pages and nobody can keep an interest in a story if it takes a whole chapter to describe
a character or a scene. But, if I use graphic illustration instead, I can share my characters along with
the setting of the story and every crucial detail within a portion of a page. Like they say, a picture is

Great Illustration! "Exposure to family and community violence is linked with aggression,
depression, posttraumatic stress symptoms, and academic and cognitive difficulties" (Margolin, &

professionals who are counseling with the children and the child's parents (Margolin, & Gordis,

Descriptive Essay On Sculptures
As the sun started to settling down, you walked into a wonderful museum full of figure sculptures to
which the natural spot light shines from the sun hit the wonderful master pieces. Then you walk
more deeply inside an exhibition room, suddenly, you notice that you are surrendered by medium
size to large sculptures. One sculpture that is space equally to one an another, but they all have no

what is the sculpture tell you like a story telling. Even the details of the bodies tend to give of a

of nude figure sculptures. In the center were the four main sculptures which is in order from
finest pick from the museum and three from the class room lecture. They are The Lansdown
Athlete, the Roman copy of the Lysippos, and Roman copy after a Greek original by Praxiteles,
Hermes and the Infant Dionysos. From my opinion is that the sculptures are in nude because they
tell us that the sculptures are goddesses or a recreation of a person that is not real. The nude
sculpture is one who is not wearing cloth or less who which it shows our body parts. Most of the
sculptures are made out of stone, marble, and bronze. They are shown in large structure or a human
size. All figures are mostly made in Greek Late Classical to Hellenistic, thus the artist show more

Surrealism Essay
Surrealism
Surrealism was one of the most influential artistic movements of the 20th Century. AndrГ© Breton
consolidated Surrealism as a movement in the early 1920s, trying to achieve the "total liberation of
the mind and of all that resembles it[1]" through innovative and varied ideas. Surrealism deeply
influenced the world in the era between the two world wars and played a big role in the diffusion and
adoption of psychology worldwide. Surrealism faded after World War II, but its revolutionary genius
has influenced every artistic movement ever since.

Nonetheless, one cannot truly comprehend Surrealism without delving further into the Surrealist
Movement itself.
AndrГ© Breton ran the Surrealist Movement with impressive discipline and rigidity, making an
interesting contrast between what the Surrealists preached and the management style of its leader.
An interesting story, for example, tells how Salvador DalГ, one of the most prominent members of
the Surrealist movement, attended a New York costume party dressed up as Charles Lindbergh's
son, who had been recently kidnapped and murdered. New York's society did not take the statement
well and eventually made DalГ apologize for his behavior. Breton, however, almost dismissed him
from Movement because he claimed that "no one should excuse himself for a Surrealist act[6]." This
anecdote demonstrates the seriousness of Breton and his Movement towards its final objective:
revolution and the slashing of society's conventions in the interest of a subconscious reality.
At the beginning, the Surrealist Movement had political ties to the Communist party and was
determined to make a revolution. With time, however, the group dropped its direct ties to
communism and concentrated in spreading their own doctrine. The Surrealist Movement

Illustrative Essay About Marijuana
In my illustrative essay I'm going to be writing about legalizing marijuana. It doesn't seem like a
good choice for some people but legalizing marijuana would probably change things a lot in our
state. Legalizing marijuana would cut down some of the crime rate since people wouldn't be in
trouble for selling or being caught with it. It would also help the people who has to have it for their
medical condition. Another thing about legalizing marijuana is that marijuana doesn't really have
long term effects on a person's health unless they start smoking at a juvenile age.
Legalizing marijuana would help cut down some of the crime rate and not much people would go to
jail. By marijuana staying illegal it is hurting some people's future because people who get caught
with marijuana could face jail time and having marijuana on you could be charged as a felony.in
the article "Marijuana legalization: Research review on crime and impaired driving" it goes into
great detail on how illegal marijuana can cause more trouble. It explains that cops are more likely
to arrest a black male for drug trafficking than to arrest a white male for it. The article explains this
by saying "Black men, according to federal data collated by the American Civil Liberties Union and
widely cited by scholars, are almost four times more likely to be arrested for marijuana possession
than whites, even though both groups use the drug at roughly the same rate." Legalizing marijuana
would stop this and reduce

meaning is derived at least in part from their positioning in the text overall and their interaction with

  • 1. How To Write An Illustration Essay Illustration Essay Grandparents relate more closely to grandchildren than to their own children in many ways. Grandparents and their children can be stubborn and not want to deal with each other anymore because of problems from the past. After so long grandparents give up on their children and deal with them from a distance. Grandparents are more willing to relate to their grandchildren more than their children because it is another chance of getting to know their children through their grandchildren. Growing up as a child in a dysfunctional home causes children to abhor their parents and have a difficult time trusting them. Both parents not staying together in one house cause abhorrence against the parents. Going home every day to drunk men and loud music, going to bed hearing loud arguments causes children to become afraid. After growing up and understanding everything that has happened as a kid growing up, gives children a different outlook on life. After years of being in a home where there is no balance causes children to dislike their parents because of the hurt and lies they have been through. When children get into their adulthood, most of them forgive their parents and some continue to be stubborn and not forgive them. Some parents today still live the party lifestyle with no responsibilities and do not care....show more content... • 2. Illustration: Make A Differences Illustration: Make a Difference One of the most important things I can do to give back to my community is mentor to the upcoming freshmen at my local college. Perhaps the best way to achieve this is to make an informative video. This video would show the students all of the exciting aspects of campus life and inform them of the opportunities that can arise after graduation. One of the most challenging issues I faced when beginning college was not knowing what I wanted to do with my life after the fact. After researching available degree plans and jobs, I decided that a career in administration would be the best option for me. I believe that if students are closely advised from the beginning, they will have higher rates of success and waste less time on frivolous classes while they try to figure themselves out. First time college students sometimes face difficulties as they transition from the structured life of high...show more content... Most students do not think about the cost of college, as they either have their parents or a scholarship to help them pay. For other students though, they have the option to pay out of pocket or get a loan to assist them. Research shows "The average student debt for a 4–year institution in Arkansas is $25,344" (Ticas). "Holy cow!" (K. Flachmann and M. Flachmann 162). All in all, I think that an educational video about college would prove to be beneficial for an incoming college freshman class. The video would address the aspects of campus life and show the opportunities available after graduation. Hopefully this video would provide adequate insight into the benefits of obtaining a degree and help the students to be less intimidated by the college experience. With most of the business world requiring a college education, it is more essential than ever that our young people follow through with college and better themselves on the Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 3. Illustration Paragraph So, let 's suppose that you have done some brainstorming to develop your thesis. What else should you keep in mind as you begin to create paragraphs? Every paragraph in a paper should be Unified–All of the sentences in a single paragraph should be related to a single controlling idea (often expressed in the topic sentence of the paragraph). Clearly related to the thesis–The sentences should all refer to the central idea, or thesis, of the paper (Rosen and Behrens 119). Coherent–The sentences should be arranged in a logical manner and should follow a definite plan for development (Rosen and Behrens 119). Well–developed–Every idea discussed in the paragraph should be adequately explained and supported through evidence and details...show more content... Step 4. Explain the example(s) The next movement in paragraph development is an explanation of each example and its relevance to the topic sentence and rationale that were stated at the beginning of the paragraph. This explanation shows readers why you chose to use this/or these particular examples as evidence to support the major claim, or focus, in your paragraph. Continue the pattern of giving examples and explaining them until all points/examples that the writer deems necessary have been made and explained. NONE of your examples should be left unexplained. You might be able to explain the relationship between the example and the topic sentence in the same sentence which introduced the example. More often, however, you will need to explain that relationship in a separate sentence. Look at these explanations for the two examples in the slave spirituals paragraph: Model explanation for example A– When slaves sang this song, they could have been speaking of their departure from this life and their arrival in heaven; however, they also could have been describing their plans to leave the South and run, not to Jesus, but to the North. Model explanation for example B–[The relationship between example B and the main idea of the paragraph 's controlling idea is clear enough without adding another sentence to Get more content on HelpWriting.net

The writers are attempting to use logic and reason to substantiate a feeling of security. However, there is no data or clear facts present. They state "We're proud to list [the ingredients] for your inspection..." yet ironically there are no ingredients listed. This ad realis on artistic proofs as opisose to hard evidence. • 5. Animation Essay Animation My personal enjoyment with animation has inspired me to write this essay, pertaining to animation. Since I was a child I have been fascinated with cartoons; from when they started out to be black and white, and until now with full colour and computer effects. To better perceive what mypersonal feelings about animation are, I must first discuss in full detail, a general overview of how animators bring traditional animation alive with motion. Animation seems like a smooth movement of drawn sequences of artwork, pasted together to form a single sequence of animation. This is the basis of animation, but animation is far simpler than it may seem. "The true meaning...show more content... Because so many personnel are involved in producing a single piece of animated film, creation of this is very costly. Companies must create a team of animators that are willing to work together to get the finished product perfect the first time around. No matter how modest or ambitious the project, the team of animators follow a strict number of structured procedures, and must possess the understanding of the concepts and terminology in traditional animation. When the team has been assembled. The team begins a long process of set procedures, which all animators worldwide use. Below the many set procedures are described in full detail. 1.Script The script is the first stage in all film production. In an animation script, the visual action in the plot and performance is far more important than the dialogue. 2.Storyboard The storyboard is a series of roughly drawn images that convey the action described in the script. This scene–by–scene portrayal helps the writer, director and animation team to access the content of the project and to correct any deficiencies in the scripted story. 3.Soundtrack After the script and storyboard are completed, the recording of any dialogue or key music is undertaken. • 6. Fashion Illustration Essay Illustration is an art that allows to create an amazing aesthetics that is hard to remake or achieve with the same aesthetic value using digital technologies or photography because of the emotional atmosphere, transfer of mood of the work of art and detailed visualization of images. The term "illustration" itself has a several meanings, but the most known is 'art design'. In the past, illustration due to its characteristics been only associated with books and magazines as a support for a text. However, as the time passed illustration became an individual type of art that no longer need to play a supporting role for anything. This evolution leads illustration forward to the division of a broader term into narrower subtopics, which introduced the creation of fashion illustration. From that point, it was clear that fashion illustration is one of the oldest and most important movements in the history of illustration. Through the time, it has always had a touch with graphic design and fine arts, it has an undeniable influence on fashion and vice versa. Right now, it is possible to recognize another story of fashion by them because they reflect an individual and not a group view on it, unlike in photography. • 7. What Is Self Worth Essay Your self worth is more important than you think, many people don't realize that it is an important asset to your everyday life. Self–worth, self–esteem, and self–respect are the three things that many people struggle with. No matter how ugly people can be you have to keep in mind you are as worthy as anybody else. People criticize one another without realizing the damage that is done to their piers. I will be showing you some steps that have helped me gain respect for myself. Step 1 is to never compare yourself to anybody else and to love yourself . Step 2 is to surround yourself with supportive people. Step 3 is to always talk positive about yourself. Step 1 is to never compare yourself to anybody else to love yourself . Its natural for us to compare ourselves to others, but it doesn't improve our status, make us a better person, or secure our happiness. In many cases its does the opposite by making us feel bad about ourselves. For example, i used to compare myself to other people who were way prettier and thinner than me. Comparing myself to them wasn't helping me at all it was just bringing myself esteem down, building more of my insecurities up, just making me be so negative. But i noticed by doing that it wasn't helping me feel any better about myself it was just doing the opposite. What helped me stop was that i started to learn how to love my self just the way I am, i realized that every human has their own insecurities. Loving yourself is very important, do not Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 8. Comparing Forms of Illustration There are several areas we can explore in regards to specialization in illustration. These areas include fashion, advertising, technical, editorial, and medical forms. Although each of these forms has their own unique characteristics and attributes, the two forms that I am most interested in are advertising and editorial. For some time in my life I used to believe that these two forms of illustration generally meant the same thing. I was wrong because there are many dissimilar characteristics between the two. One of the main differences between advertising and editorial illustration is that advertising illustration uses all kinds of visual images and has a vast array of mediums available for usage. This includes photographs and sometimes including illustrations in the design in order to show something that the photograph cannot. According toThe Art Institute, "They can emphasize, idealize, and show things that do not exist in reality. In some cases, an illustration may grab a viewer's attention because they know that the picture is not a photograph and they admire how well it is drawn" (The Art Institute). In my opinion, the possibilities and creativity is endless in advertising illustration because there are fewer limitations in contrast to editorial advertising. Editorial illustration is a form of illustration that primarily uses newspapers and magazines to cling to. These illustrations are used frequently to convey a message or opinion about the topic Get more content on HelpWriting.net

For example, they tell their friends "Man, I was soooo wasted last night, I must have drank like 10 beers and like half a bottle of vodka", all told with smile of excitement hoping to do it again the next weekend. This regular occurrence got me thinking, why do we brag ourselves and praise others for accomplishing something that requires absolutely no skill? In short, why do we get drunk? One weekend night after drinking too much Smirnoff Vodka, Mike decided he didn't want to be a friend to a certain girl anymore and was going to change all that. In effort to erase a sense of rejection with an excuse for his actions, Sean later told her "I wasn't serious, I was just really drunk" to avoid any awkwardness between them. Alcohol is frequently used to wipe a bed memory or experience. After being fired from a job or attempting to deal with the loss of loved one, an outlet for many people is to "drink away their problems." For example, my Uncle became an alcoholic because he blamed himself for the accidental death of his twin brother. He would constantly drink to try and numb the unforgiving pain and regret of a fateful day where his brother was killed in a motorcycle accident. In many instances people drink to simply have a good time. I interpret this statement as though people enjoy having no sense of control, no restraint to any rules or any form of order. They may enjoy the thought of having no idea where the night may take them and what they may do while they're detached from their usual self and regular behaviors. Also, younger adults who are underage may drink just to go against the rules. When one would think of art in the past, usually computers and technology did not come to mind. Now because of modern technology, the digital age is uncovering vast ways to create amazing works of art through computer tools and software. Art is now digitally created and can appear unbelievable to the modern eye. However now, artists can even imitate media like watercolor, charcoal, markers, and even oil pastels with certain software digitally. There are two kinds of computer based art that uses the computer as a tool for creating the work. The two kinds are computer–assisted art and computer–created art. • 13. Illustration In Maus By Art Spiegelman Illustration is by far one of the best methods of expressing a story or an idea to a large–scale audience. In literature, writer uses various amounts of illustration to appeal to their audience's interests and point of view. But with Graphic Novels, readers see things the way the writer/illustrator sees them. Drawings, cartoons, and photographs can give readers the exact imaging the author wants to share with his readers. When people think of graphic novels, most likely you would think of children's books or Superhero comics. Now this may be true; but the use of graphic novels hold a lot of benefits for adults as well. They're the perfect way to share a message without any miscommunication. And let's face it, almost every adult out has a favorite genre that can be shared in a graphic novel. I for one love comics with Anti–heroes and Sci–fi/Fantasies. "Exposure to family and community violence is linked with aggression, depression, posttraumatic stress symptoms, and academic and cognitive difп¬Ѓculties" (Margolin, & Gordis, 2004, p.1). Children who are exposed to violence will likely go unnoticed and unattended by professionals who are counseling with the children and the child's parents (Margolin, & Gordis, 2004). Parents regularly underestimate their children's exposure to violence and maybe unaware that abuse is happening in the home (Margolin, & Gordis, 2004). They are The Lansdown Athlete, the Roman copy of the Lysippos, and Roman copy after a Greek original by Praxiteles, Hermes and the Infant Dionysos. From my opinion is that the sculptures are in nude because they tell us that the sculptures are goddesses or a recreation of a person that is not real. The nude sculpture is one who is not wearing cloth or less who which it shows our body parts. Most of the sculptures are made out of stone, marble, and bronze. • 16. Surrealism Essay Surrealism Surrealism was one of the most influential artistic movements of the 20th Century. AndrГ© Breton consolidated Surrealism as a movement in the early 1920s, trying to achieve the "total liberation of the mind and of all that resembles it[1]" through innovative and varied ideas. Surrealism deeply influenced the world in the era between the two world wars and played a big role in the diffusion and adoption of psychology worldwide. Nonetheless, one cannot truly comprehend Surrealism without delving further into the Surrealist Movement itself. AndrГ© Breton ran the Surrealist Movement with impressive discipline and rigidity, making an interesting contrast between what the Surrealists preached and the management style of its leader. An interesting story, for example, tells how Salvador DalГ, one of the most prominent members of the Surrealist movement, attended a New York costume party dressed up as Charles Lindbergh's son, who had been recently kidnapped and murdered. New York's society did not take the statement well and eventually made DalГ apologize for his behavior. Breton, however, almost dismissed him from Movement because he claimed that "no one should excuse himself for a Surrealist act[6]." This anecdote demonstrates the seriousness of Breton and his Movement towards its final objective: revolution and the slashing of society's conventions in the interest of a subconscious reality. At the beginning, the Surrealist Movement had political ties to the Communist party and was determined to make a revolution. With time, however, the group dropped its direct ties to communism and concentrated in spreading their own doctrine. The Surrealist Movement Get more content on HelpWriting.net
  • 17. Illustrative Essay About Marijuana In my illustrative essay I'm going to be writing about legalizing marijuana. It doesn't seem like a good choice for some people but legalizing marijuana would probably change things a lot in our state. Legalizing marijuana would cut down some of the crime rate since people wouldn't be in trouble for selling or being caught with it. It would also help the people who has to have it for their medical condition. Another thing about legalizing marijuana is that marijuana doesn't really have long term effects on a person's health unless they start smoking at a juvenile age. Legalizing marijuana would help cut down some of the crime rate and not much people would go to jail. By marijuana staying illegal it is hurting some people's future because people who get caught with marijuana could face jail time and having marijuana on you could be charged as a felony.in the article "Marijuana legalization: Research review on crime and impaired driving" it goes into great detail on how illegal marijuana can cause more trouble. It explains that cops are more likely to arrest a black male for drug trafficking than to arrest a white male for it. The article explains this by saying "Black men, according to federal data collated by the American Civil Liberties Union and widely cited by scholars, are almost four times more likely to be arrested for marijuana possession than whites, even though both groups use the drug at roughly the same rate."
