Dry Garlic Chutney - specially to have with vada pav (tsp - teaspoon ; tbsp - tablespoon) Preparation Time: 5 mins Cooking Time: 10 mins Serves: 2 Ingredients: Dry coconut / khopra (3 tbsp) - Grated Red chilli powder (2 tsp) Garlic cloves / Lasan (4 to 6) Oil (1 tbsp) Gram flour Crumbs / Besan boondi (1/2 cup) Salt (as per taste) Preparation: 1. Grind together Coconut (3 tbsp), Red chilli powder (2 tsp) and Garlic (4 to 6) in a mixer. 2. Heat Oil (1 tbsp) in a non-stick pan; add this mixture and sauté for a minute. 3. Add the Gram flour crumbs (1/2 Cup) and mix well and remove from the heat. 4. Season with Salt (as per taste). Set aside to cool.
