ƒ The construction, in the coming years, of a Management Agreement

specific contexts of application of performance standards higher than the
binding ones required by the Liguria Region.
ƒ We have chosen specific areas devoted to buildings only in Class A or
Class A+, through the implementation of incentive mechanisms intended as
partial relief from a burden or as an incentive for builders on building volume
in proportion to the reduction of energy consumption for winter heating and
summer cooling.
