#1 The Law of the Lid	,[object Object],Leadership ability is the lid that determines a person’s level of effectiveness.,[object Object],Your leadership ability will determine the impact that you have on an organization.,[object Object],The lower your ability to lead, the lower the lid on your potential.,[object Object]
#2 The Law of Influence	,[object Object],The power to influence lies in the ability to get people to participate.,[object Object],If no one is following, you are not a leader.,[object Object],Management is part of being a leader, just because you can manage something well does not mean you can lead.,[object Object]
#3 The Law of Process,[object Object],This law shows that what matters most is what you do over the long haul.,[object Object],It requires a lifetime of perseverance and dedication to become a good leader.,[object Object],If you want to see how someone becomes a champion look at their daily routine.  ,[object Object]

#8 The Law of Intuition,[object Object],Leadership intuition separates the greatest leaders from the ones who are merely good.,[object Object],Leaders see everything with leadership bias, and as a result they instinctively know what to do.,[object Object],Everyone is capable of developing a degree of leadership intuition. #11  The Law of the Inner Circle,[object Object],A leader’s potential is determined by those closest to him.,[object Object],Look for the greatness in the group and form alliances with the stronger members.,[object Object],Five types of people you should bring to your inner circle are:,[object Object],Potential value:  Those who raise up themselves,[object Object],Positive value:  Those who raise morale,[object Object],Personal value:  Those who raise up the leader,[object Object],Production value:  Those who raise up others,[object Object],Proven value:  Those who raise up people who raise 			up other people,[object Object]
#12  The Law of Empowerment,[object Object],Only secure leaders give power to others.,[object Object],If a leader is able to give power away, the organization will become more powerful.,[object Object],Only empowered people can reach their full potential.  Maxwell said, “I believe the greatest things happen only when you give others the credit.  That’s the Law of Empowerment in action.”,[object Object]
#13  The Law of Reproduction,[object Object],It takes a leader to help others become leaders.,[object Object],Leaders who develop other leaders are able to:,[object Object],See the big picture,[object Object],Attract potential leaders,[object Object],Create an “eagle” environment,[object Object]
