Main objectives of Graefewirtschaft
 setting-up social enterprises
 creating decent jobs opportunities
for migrants and refugees
 acquisition of contracts alongside
the skills and capacities of the
members
 training on the job, learning by doing
 promoting multi-culutral exchange in

strengthening the social cohesion in

 mobilising supporters and building social capital in the community
 defining business fields alongside local needs and starting with business activities
 mix of finance and funding
 mix of staff – professionals and non-professionals
 acquisition of contracts and capital
 providing support by coaching and training on the job
 raising income through sales and contracts rather than through projectgrants and subsidies
