It might be the greatest marketing debate of the 2016’s: are QR codes things of the past or the future? The question is more difficult to answer than one would imagine; on one hand, consumers consistently report low QR code use. On the other hand, marketers consistently rate QR codes as being effective while providing a poor user experience . Who are we to believe or to blame?
