3:30pm - Check-in (final day is a Show and Tell)
Avoid starting on a Monday (unless it’s a five day Palooza, otherwise use
Monday for final prepping)

❏ Define the problem
❏ List SME’s
❏ Find and lockdown a venue (e.g. Breather or highjack a conference room)
❏ Notify Facilities
❏ Schedule all invites
❏ Invite appropriate people
❏ Assign the team
❏ Notify Managers if time needs to be requested
❏ Notify everyone involved (incl. SME)
❏ Ensure everyone clears out calendars
❏ If they can’t clear out calendar ask if they can be “on call” on Slack
❏ Assign a DJ
❏ Plan a break to move (walk, lawn game, ping pong, etc)
