  2. 2. INTRODUCTION Compensation plan or business plan is the heart of any network marketing business. To build a successful network marketing company one have to choose the right compensation plan or business plan.
  3. 3. BINARY PLAN The most popular plan in mlm industry is binary compensation plan. In this plan the sponsor have to introduce two distributors in his downline to generate income.   4. 4. MATRIX PLAN Another popular plan in mlm business is matrix plan. This is a popular plan because of its unique characteristic of limited width. In this plan the sponsor can introduce limited number of distributors in his direct downline. For additional members he/she sponsor will be placed to the next available place in the downline.   5. 5. BOARD PLAN The board mlm plan has a box type structure. The unique feature of this plan is that it has a limitation in its levels & after a predefined level the board is split into the two another board & the qualified members go outside the board. The most important advantage of this board is that there is no dependency on the network in this plan. Know about board plan.
  6. 6. DIFFERENTIAL PLAN As the name suggest this plan is based on the difference of the commission between two levels. The plan is based on the BV/PV’s. The company predefine some points on the purchase of any product. BV/PV’s are calculated in so many way. The distributor receives the difference between amount for which he qualifies & the amount for which his first level distributor qualifies. Know differential plan.
  7. 7. GENERATION PLAN In this plan all the distributors sponsored by a person is considered in his first level. In this plan the income is calculated as per the generation levels.   8. 8. UNILEVEL PLAN The oldest plan in mlm industry is unilevel plan. In this plan a person can sponsor unlimited number of distributor in his downline. Irrespective of the performance every person is a distributor & will get the same percentage of commission for their downline sale. Though there is no limit in the level of this plan but companies generally restrict the level of depth to a specified limit. Know unilevel plan.
