Registration <ul><li>Coca-Cola employees shall be pre-registered for the event </li></ul><ul><li>Enter through the North Ave . gate </li></ul><ul><li>Converge at the Ampitheater , and look for the Coca-Cola tent at 6AM on the day itself </li></ul><ul><li>Breakfast sandwich & Haribon Event T-shirt will be given to you. </li></ul><ul><li>Don’t forget to bring a light jacket / umbrella </li></ul><ul><li>Don’t forget your PLEDGE FORMS </li></ul>

Pledge Forms <ul><li>Participants are to solicit pledges from their families and friends in support of the Million Hectare Walk </li></ul><ul><li>Pledges can be either as an outright donation, or on a per-lap basis with a minimum of P75 for every lap that you complete around the prescribed routes. ( P75 = 1 native species seedling). </li></ul><ul><li>Example: if you complete 10 laps at P75/ lap , your sponsor commits to remit to you a donation of P750. </li></ul><ul><li>The more friends & family who pledge for you, the more funds you will be able to raise. </li></ul><ul><li>There is no limit to the # of sponsors you can solicit </li></ul>

The Routes – 360m or 1.5km <ul><li>You may choose to walk the shorter 360m route or take the more scenic 1.5 km route around the lagoon at the Park. </li></ul><ul><li>Regardless of which route you walk, the min per lap pledge is P75 . </li></ul><ul><li>The 1.5km route being longer than the 360m route, we suggest soliciting for a higher amount if you choose to walk the 1.5km route, so as to be able to raise more funds. </li></ul><ul><li>There is no maximum pledge amount for you to solicit </li></ul>

PRIZES! <ul><li>The Walk will be from 6 – 11am with a Culminating Activity at the Ampitheater at 11am </li></ul><ul><li>Internally, Coke Foundation shall also give its own awards for the following individuals: </li></ul><ul><li>Most # of laps completed – 360m </li></ul><ul><li>Most # of laps completed – 1.5km </li></ul><ul><li>Greatest amount raised </li></ul>
