This spectacular mixed-use development is located on an exceptional site in the center of Danang, Vietnam’s third city.
Fronting the beautiful Han River and joined to the existing CBD by the city’s iconic swivel suspension bridge, the 9-hectare
site will be transformed into a vibrant commercial and residential district with over 500,000 sq.m of development, to be
constructed in three phases and due for completion in 2017.
The World Trade Center will comprise offices, an international standard hotel, a conference and exhibition center, two
high- end residential towers, and two retail developments including a supermarket, a department store, cinemas, restaurants
and cafes. The plans allow for high quality public open space within the development site, which will link up with 17,000 sq.m
of riverside boardwalk that will be upgraded as part of the overall development.

26. DANANG BEACH RESORT
Located less than 20 minutes from Danang International airport and the UNESCO World Heritage site of Hoi An, Danang
Beach Resort is destined to be the ultimate resort destination in Vietnam. The central pieces of this world class integrated
