1. India Mobile Google Search App:
Product:
A fully fledged mobile website for Android and iOS phones that showcases an interactive question
and answer using the swiping motion technology. This mobile site evolved from a mobile interstitial
ad to a mobile site that is launched in India to educate Android and iOS users the power of Google
Search using their mobile phones where answers wait at the tap of their fingertips.
Development:
- HTML5 using GORO platform for deployment and testing.
My Involvement:
- Project management from end to end delivery (project lead for the UX team, creative team,
development team and optimisation team)
- Came up with strategies from pre-development till post development that addressed
issues/risks with mitigation strategies in place.
- Designed timeline that has key milestones for clients that included content strategy, UAT
strategy and post-launch strategy
- Created documentation (Project Status Report weekly, Systems documentation, Functional
Specification Report, Change Request, Risk Analysis and Issues documentation, Test Case
Documentation and Release Note)
FIFA 2014 Mobile Google Search App
Product:
Mobile and desktop ad banners developed in HTML5 platform. This was launched in Australia prior
to the FIFA 2014 World Cup where ads show the power of Google One Search box where they can
retrieve all the necessary information at a glance without having to go to other websites.
Development:
- HTML5
- Flash AS3 component
My Involvement:
- Project management from end to end delivery (project lead for the UX team, creative team,
development team and optimisation team)
- Explored and weighed new ways of development that would fit within given budget and
timeline
- Facilitated communications and managed the pool of developers from the London and
Singapore team
2. - Came up with a series of soft-launch strategy and actual-launch strategy for Asia Pacific
markets
- Main point of contact for the media planners in Australia and worked out a media strategy
for phased launch
India Elections
Product:
A set of banners from standard expandables to interactive expandables were developed for the 2014
Presidential Indian (Bharata) Elections. The campaign was run to educated users to know their rights
to vote and why they should be voting.
The campaign did very well as it garnered more than 40% of expected clickthroughs.
Development:
- Flash AS3 component
- Double Click platform for uploading and testing flash banners
My Involvement:
- Project management involving information gathering across the region to understand on the
technical capabilities of what Double Click can do with publishing units
- Main point of contact between clients from India, Singapore developers, India’s 3rd
party
