Mads Villadsen gave a lightning talk at ELAG 2013 in Ghent, Belgium about a media streaming project at Statsbiblioteket. The project has digitized Danish radio and TV content from 2006 as well as commercials from 1954-1995 and 1988-2005. It aims to provide students and researchers access to this content by summertime. The media streaming application is built with frontend technologies like JavaScript, Backbone.js, Underscore.js and uses REST services, though it currently only exists on an internal server.
