PRE JOB-ACTION PLAN Jobs to be performed: Maintaining students’  data bank Maintaining companies’ data bank Approaching  the companies ( if required ) Training  students Video resume
Committees Students’ data  collection committee . Company data collection committee  Company presentation committee (if required) Video resume committee
ON JOB-ACTION PLAN Communicating students about company visit via Sms blast etc Displaying company related information through notices , wallpapers  Motivating students
HOSPITALITY Reception - welcome Arrangement for recruitment process Lunch and refreshment Proper see off. Reimbursement (if any)
COMMITTEE Communication –this committee will look after communicating to students Students coordination-will  motivate and spread word of mouth among students Hospitality –will  look after different areas of hospitality
POST-JOB ACTION PLAN Keep track records of selected students Thanks letter to the companies Follow-up (Reminder) Alumni status
COMMITTEES Record and follow-up to trace and keep record of selected students of current year Maintaining alumni record & relations.
