5. vCloud Connector Data Center Extension/Stretch Deploy
ü Verifies that the network of the virtual machine or vApp on the private data center can be
extended.
ü Creates a new routed vApp network in your Org virtual data center in the public cloud base on
vCloud Air.
ü Creates NAT and firewall rules in the private and public networks, if required.
ü Creates an SSL VPN tunnel from the vCloud Networking and Security Edge of the private
network to the vCloud Networking and Security Edge of the new routed vApp network in the
public cloud.
ü Copies and deploys the virtual machine or vApp into the new routed vApp in the public cloud
based on vCloud Air.
