This presentation was delivered during the "1st Scientific National Workshop about Traditional Varieties" organized at the Agricultural University of Athens. The audience was mostly researchers of the agricultural sector and the presentation aimed at creating a network for these researchers and a repository that would be used for storing all research outcomes of their work.
