  • I have a scenario in which more than 250 ONTs provisioned among three OLTs, and managed by AMS and 5571 PCC. The site was stable, but all of the sudden few ONTs from a particular OLT-PON status Shown DOWN, and its been suspected of ONT POWER supply of fibre interruption between Splitter and ONTs. The PCC shows the below error- Configuration Or Customization Error; ONT Provisioning Failure; can anyone advise on the alarms
