How to be motivational

  1. 1. How to be motivational? Learning to be motivational.
  2. 2. What is motivation? Motivation is one of the most spoken words in our daily lives. Everyone wants to feel more motivated and full of energy to achieve their goals and dreams, whether personal or professional.
  3. 3. How to increase your motivation? Are YOU acknowledging your daily life in these descriptions of the impacts of lack of motivation? So, it's a warning sign to try to improve that aspect of your life. But where to start? Below, we've listed some habits that are all there to help! However, focus on that word: habits. What do we mean? Well, motivation is a very volatile thing. Some people are more likely to be self-motivated, but it's still a constant exercise. So, try to transform the tips below into a new way of living your routine, worrying about each of these aspects on a daily basis. Come on?
  4. 4. Take a self-assessment: who are you and who do you want to be? The first step to more motivation is — guess what! — find out what motivates you. Obvious, right? Not so much. Have you noticed how difficult it is to understand who we are and, above all, who we want to be? Since children and teenagers, our instinct is to seek adaptation, not self-assessment. For example, at school it is very common to have such “panelinhas”, right? The little girls, the fundão people, the nerds. But let's face it: the human being is much more complex than these stereotypes indicate... What happens is that we give up part of our personality, our tastes and even our values to fit in somewhere.
  5. 5. Continuing... …And what you need to discover — or rediscover — to be more motivated are precisely these traits that are often overlooked throughout a lifetime of adaptations. Try going back to your childhood impressions: who did you want to be when you grew up? What were the most important things in the world in your raw childish view? Are these difficult questions? Yes, and a lot! But understanding what your true purposes are is the critical first step to being a self-motivated person. After all, as we become more aware of what drives us, less and less outside influences—such as a bad day at work, a personal disappointment, or a closed door—will be able to shake your movement into action.
  6. 6. Set goals and objectives: where do you want to go? After that real leap into your inner self, let's do a more practical exercise to improve your motivation. Given your reflections on who you want to be, how about seeing these aspirations as something possible? Yes, you already know: it's time to set goals! It is through them that you will be able to shape, little by little, your routine so that it is more in line with your positive ambitions. The result of this is that your everyday actions will be easily self-motivated. After all, you know exactly where you want to go with them and what they add to your life. To do this, you can build a dream wall! And here's a tip: to make your goals more effective, it's worth using the SMART goals method. They are:
  7. 7. Continuing... ● S — Specific: say yes to clarity and no to generality; ● M — Measurable: they must be possible to objectively assess; ● A — Attainable: dream big? Yea! But no utopias, huh? ● A - Relevant: remember what you discovered about yourself in the previous step and set goals that make a difference in your life; ● T — Temporals (Time based): assign a deadline for accomplishing each goal.
  8. 8. invest in self-development: how about valuing yourself more? Another key step in being motivated is taking care of yourself. So, write it down: self-development! Don't let yourself go: learning new things is always a little extra spice in our mood for life. Remember that you need to become an amazing person, the one we discovered in step one. So, how about starting a course, learning a new language or embarking on what you like? Not sure what you would like to do for your self-development? There is a very useful tool for this: the personal canvas. It works as an assessment of your life project. By building one, you will discover, for example, what your strengths and weaknesses are, who you can relate to to see your goals come true, among other things.
  9. 9. Get away from what is limiting: what discourages you? Ready! You know who you are, what drives you, what you need to do to have personal and professional fulfillment and how to stimulate your self-development. It's all there, the motivation will always be there, right? Um, not exactly. Because of a big problem: limiting beliefs. The human being is full of thoughts that impede actions. Which, consequently, brings demotivation. These beliefs can cause you to throw away your dream wall, so they're worth paying attention to. It's important for human beings to take risks, even when you've stuffed “sweets” in your head that make you go to the opposite side: that of conformism.
  10. 10. Continuation… …For example, is it your job that puts you off? These are the limiting beliefs you need to eliminate from your life! In their place, strive to stay positive. Operate a shift in perspective and make room for liberating beliefs. You can, you can, you deserve it! Does it add nothing to your life purpose? So, it's a good change of professional performance. How about creating a digital product and starting teaching? But what if you're not good enough to teach? Your oratory isn't that great, right? Verdict: The security of this demotivating job is better than an internet adventure! https://uii.io/W5ErzcV https://uii.io/UNELOza https://uii.io/mZbRfB
