Wendy and I worked together at a high intense work place where we had to have great communication skills, organizational skills, flexibility and mandatory overtime. Wendy and I have taken several classes together and worked on many projects. During that time, I have gotten to know Wendy quite well and can thoroughly vouch for her character and abilities. Wendy is a pleasure to work with because her pleasant and positive attitude can make nearly any work seem fun and interesting. She usually became the leader of our group projects and always handled the position fairly by making sure everyone had equal amounts of work that they enjoyed. If we had someone in our group who would continuously complain, rather than getting upset, Wendy would continue to point out the positives until the person began to enjoy themselves. For classes, Wendy always took the initiative to make sure her work was done exceptionally well. She also made sure she was thoroughly prepared to participate at length in discussions. Wendy is also willing to work on areas she feels she could improve upon. She realized quickly during our training that her fear of public speaking was holding her back, and she worked hard on improving her fear, Wendy is now able to communicate effectively with everyone she encounters. With Wendy’s relentless motivation and her ability of problem solving skills, good communication skills, and great phone etiquette, Wendy is also very dependable. Wendy was always known for her excellent problem solving skills, she is a great team player, and Wendy would bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to your business.
