Fluid Bed Gasification is Used to Make
Clean Fuel-Gas
The gasification reactor converted RDF-Fluff into
fuel-gas that is scrubbed and cleaned to make
renewable fuel-gas.
Generators to Produce Electricity
• Clean fuel-gas is used to power traditional
prime movers to make electricity:
• Reciprocating engine-generators for smaller
projects.
• Gas turbines are used for very large projects.

Air Emissions Control:
• The primary source of emissions comes from the
reciprocating engines or gas turbines exhaust.
• Emissions control systems are used to reduce emissions to
levels below the regulatory limits.
• Regulated pollutants generated by the engines are
anticipated to be well below the regulatory limits.
• Trace contaminants in the engine exhaust, including volatile
organic compounds (VOC), are removed via bio-filtration.
