Dr. William W.-Y. Liang received his PhD degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1998. He has been an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering of National Taipei University of Technology, served as a Senior Director in Foxconn Technology Group, a CTO of HB Mobile (HopeBay Technology), a CTO of NextDrive Co. Currently, he is a Technical Director of ADLINK Technology. Dr. Liang has published 70+ papers and gave more than 200 professional talks. His research interests and expertise cover OS, computer architecture, embedded systems, parallel and distributed systems, and low power software design.
