If you travel by air regularly, you’ll know that flights are
sometimes delayed due to a myriad of reasons, including
strikes, technical issues and volcanic ash.
The more lucky passengers will wait at the airport for a
couple of hours before any issues are resolved and their
journey is underway. If you’re unlucky, however, the delays
might take much longer and the flight might even be
cancelled.
What’s this about?

Know your rights about flights!
If your journey is impacted by unforeseen circumstances,
you can try to keep the experience as stress-free as possible
by knowing your rights as a passenger.
For example, if your flight is delayed or cancelled or if you
are denied boarding because your airline has overbooked
the flight, the airline is required by European law to inform
you of your rights.
