Management: Risk factors for the selected diseaseManagement: Risk factors for the selected
diseaseFor this Assignment, you will complete your fourth milestone related to your Final
Project – Milestone 4. These milestones reflect insights on various topics related to disease
management and population health and help prepare you for your Final Project Submission
in Week 10. This milestone incorporates topics from previous weeks on risks and behaviors
related to diseases and chronic conditions on a population level, among others. Please
review all the comments from previous milestones and Assignments to ensure all items
have been addressed.Part IIICreate 2–3 PowerPoint slides that include the following
information:Risk factors for the selected disease or chronic conditionIndividual and
population behaviors related to the selected disease or chronic conditionA list of at least
three strategies individuals might use to cope with the selected disease or chronic
condition, including but not limited to the following:Prevention: Diagnostic testing,
etc.TreatmentsStress reliefTherapyAlternative treatmentsNice job providing an overview of
diabetes. You provided some information on the target population. Be sure to your
comments with a reference and not make claims without being backed by research.
Knowing this information can help you design effective interventions for this group. You
discussed the behavior change model that you would use when designing these
interventions. While you did not need to discuss this in detail at this time, try to provide a
bit more information on the model and how it would guide your interventions. Also, you
had a reference list, but it was not clear what 3 sources you will use for the final project.
These were to be listed within the paper, not as part of the reference list. There were
several grammatical errors noted in your assignment. Please see the comments I made in
your paper.ORDER NOW FOR CUSTOMIZED, PLAGIARISM-FREE PAPERSYou must
proofread your paper. But do not strictly rely on your computer’s spell-checker and
grammar-checker; failure to do so indicates a lack of effort on your part and you can expect
your grade to suffer accordingly. Papers with numerous misspelled words and grammatical
mistakes will be penalized. Read over your paper – in silence and then aloud – before
handing it in and make corrections as necessary. Often it is advantageous to have a friend
proofread your paper for obvious errors. Handwritten corrections are preferable to
uncorrected mistakes.Use a standard 10 to 12 point (10 to 12 characters per inch) typeface.
Smaller or compressed type and papers with small margins or single-spacing are hard to
read. It is better to let your essay run over the recommended number of pages than to try to
compress it into fewer pages.Likewise, large type, large margins, large indentations, triple-
2. spacing, increased leading (space between lines), increased kerning (space between
letters), and any other such attempts at “padding” to increase the length of a paper are
unacceptable, wasteful of trees, and will not fool your professor. The paper must be neatly
formatted, double-spaced with a one-inch margin on the top, bottom, and sides of each
page. When submitting hard copy, be sure to use white paper and print out using dark ink. If
it is hard to read your essay, it will also be hard to follow your argument.
