CTS is dedicated to continually improving all systems that affect customer
satisfaction. Their existing ERP system, PRMS, used a reporting tool called
InterBiz, which failed to adapt and scale to CTS's growing business demands,
thus decreasing the customer service levels. Since this data warehouse system
was not providing any business value, the client chose to implement Microsoft
SQL Server suite of products, for its cost-effective and robust functionalities that
would integrate seamlessly with the existing infrastructure. YASH Technologies

them to serve CTS's evolving business initiatives. In order to achieve this, YASH
implemented the following key applications:
▪▪ SQL Server Integration Services: Allowed for the extraction, transformation,
and loading of data required for enterprise-wide analytical capabilities and
data warehouse success
▪▪ SQL Reporting Services: Provided an enterprise reporting environment,
managed via web services that gave end-users access to critical business
data. CTS had 117 reports to be migrated to this system which could now
be delivered in a variety of formats, with range of interactivity and printing
options. A broader audience could now perform complex analyses and gain
visibility into the data through the distribution of reports.
