from concept to commissioning of Greenfield project.

his illustrious career of 26 years as IAS officer, he has held various
administrative positions in the areas of Revenue, Finance, Transport,
Shipping, Irrigation, Food and Civil Supplies, Consumer Affairs,
Environment and Forests. Prior to joining as Joint Secretary & Financial
Adviser, Ministry of Power, he was Principal Secretary, Environment and
Forest Department, Government of Kerala.
