To fulfill the strategies made by the EB, concrete projects are made. These concrete projects have to adhere to the goals or else the organization will not fulfill its strategy. In the same way, the EB has to adhere to the goals of the COA, DISCS, and Ateneo.
What deliverables do you have to give, given your role as <role>? Level off the concrete expectations that people have of you as <role>. You have a role to play. Just because you’re an officer, doesn’t mean you’re “better” than the members. You are answerable to the members of your team too.
It will save you time and effort because you minimize the probability of mistakes Makes delegation to the team easier because your teammates will see the division is fair Less micro-management, I hope for you Very important this school year because all org funds must be transferred to the DCB account    meaning 2 weeks to get money out of the org account
Plans and ideas have to be 100% sound. Shouldn’t be half-baked. Everything has to be foolproof! That’s why alignment with EB and planning with team is VERY important. This is where backstabbing and bitterness towards teammates happen.
Everyone is important. Everyone has a role to play. Your manager is not in charge of doing YOUR job. Nobody else is supposed to do YOUR job.  So be responsible and manage yourself well. Be your own leader. STOP MAKING EXCUSES TOO. It’s unattractive. ;)
As part of managing projects, you have to regularly update your whole team and VP about the status of your project. Any problems? Delays in milestones? It helps with total project ownership if you keep everyone in the loop about the problems. Small chit chat helps. People like it when you connect to them personally. It removes communication barriers, like hiya and age-gap. “How’s your academics?”
Build relationships with your teams Experience enough challenges to make you stronger and wiser Emerge victorious or fail miserably Have fun and “MISAbaw” moments
