 M. Chandrakumar is a Coiambatore based auto rickshaw driver who
spent his earlier days in Guntur, AP.
 There, two of his friends were picked up by the police, and were
tortured for thirteen days before being let go.
 The experience prompted him to write a book, published in 2006.
 How did this book come to limelight about a decade later, and what
