A great sense of humor, disarming wit, creative ideas, and a born leader able to influence a room full of strangers. These are just some of the words and phrases people have used to describe me at one point or another throughout my career. I add this not as a well-placed display of narcissism, but instead to highlight that none of these can be found on my resume, and yet play a significant role in my ability to achieve success. Attributes like these are often the least credited.
