Students will learn to define and differentiate between organic and non-organic food by reviewing pictures and links about each type. They will then choose and debate either organic or non-organic food in small groups, assessing each other according to a rubric. Finally, students will write a 5 paragraph composition on organic versus non-organic food using provided assessment rubrics.
