My area of concentration is securities law. My experience includes work with privately-held and public companies, mergers and acquisitions, private placement investments, financial transactions, reverse mergers, initial public offerings and licensing matters, as well as general corporate matters. My practice is very transaction oriented and weighted heavily towards technology and biotechnology companies located in North America and Asia. In my opinion there is no one right way or right time to raise capital or go public. I also do not believe in a one size fits all trading market.
