Students also received the "bandes dessinées" which include the first picture setting along with onomatopoeias and lines of movement, using multiple arms to show movement. The group designed and constructed a plane that could safely land 3 passengers after flying 5 meters and deploying a parachute at a 1 meter height, following a plane crash in the Alps. They took notes on civilizations between the fall of Rome and the 16th century for their social studies class.
