6. How can we test this?
It is difficult to test these qualities with just
one meeting or interview with the EP
applicant. Hence, we suggest to use multiple
means to evaluate the candidate.

7. Assessment Center
Objective: To facilitate communication in
groups, talks, debates about key topics related to
teaching and education.

Objective: To have conversation with the EP and
ask them key questions to assess further, their
readiness for the GIP.
Objective: To observe the behavior of applicants by
putting them in scenarios and simulations.
Personal Interview
Objective: To assess the skills of an applicant. This
can be language tests, personality tests, or tests to
assess teaching ability.
