In March 2015, over 300 000 people, from the music, film and digital markets and industries will be attending the 27th edition of SXSW in Austin, Texas. This festival gradually became a kind of World Expo about digital cultural content, a huge conference. Last year, we setup and animated the French Tech Club during SXSW Interactive. In 2015, we extend our presence to the whole fes- tival, including Music and Film. It’s going to be a wonderful show presenting the best assets of French culture.

You will become a partner and be represented on all communication campaigns (logo on printed

5. “Conferences” non official with the potential presence of French participants on selection. On
stage or in a dedicated place. The program will be announced upstream.
Talking time can be coupled with restaurant reservation, to continue the debate in smaller groups.

at the very heart of the French Tech Club to benefit from the different activities around. We can put
together a demonstration program.

During SxSW
Tuesday, March 17 - the crossroads of two festivals - is considered as a crucial day for the acti-
vation and recognition of the French Tech Club. The schedule will be different from other days,
mixing activation time and selected contents.
“Brunch France” a gathering around a formal time. The opening by an official presentation and the
closure by a speech from a renowned guest will be on invitation only.
“Apéritif”, gather at an opportune hour around a gourmet content to be defined (aperitif by the
chefs, invitation of an American one, etc.) and a composed choice of drinks.
“FRANCE !”, an evening around our best artists on the festival. Three sets with emblematic and
awaited French artists.
“Press Conference” (content and form to be written), this press conference from Austin will stren-
gthen the legitimacy of the operation and set forth the impacts.

6. FRENCH bistroFRENCH bistro
Chez Rémi
This restaurant is the main actor of French Bistro. The chefs Rémi Fournier and Richard Audren
are committed with the quality of their products and simple transformations favoring the taste.
Ups The restaurant opens every evening for 40 covers. As early as January 2015, bookings
are open to attract the attention of the press. The emphasis is on local products and taste.

Une île
A starred restaurant opened just for two exceptional evenings during SXSW. To Catherine and
Gerard Bossé, quality of products is not an option it’s a religion. Their continuous work and
dedication made their place famous in France.

gnified by a starred Chef.

The French Bistro is a panel of units representing various specialties of French gastronomy and
led by businesses from Angers city. It’s composed of:
Le cercle rouge
“Le Cercle Rouge” led by Gilles Loquien is the French Tech Club Wine Bar. There will be wines
from the Angers Loire Valley and also from other partners area.
Ups The goal is to tell the wine-growers and vineyards story and use these as a differentiation
factor.

Un brin folk
“Un Brin Folk” has the largest amount of opening. Presented by the couple Pierrick Le Drian
and Marion Aubert, established in Angers, it’s is a bar of slice of bread: “tartines”. Based on the
principle of diversity and freshness, “tartines” offer a wide variety of tastes.
Ups The positioning of «Brin Folk» is decisive for two reasons, its opening hours which ensure
the public will be able to find something to eat but also the offer at a much lower cost than
the restaurant. We can again emphasize the origin of the products.

7. métropolitain
“Métropolitain”, the cocktail bar. An extra module highlighting French products and recognized
cocktails. Questions of decorations and «placing the colors» are the asset of this module. The
Content is free and to be written to put forward the French brands used in famous cocktails and
create focus on forgotten cocktails.
Ups This module is not intended to be positioned without a partner. Its gauge can be flexible.
It can be thought of as a VIP space to watch concerts, as a continuously open space to
serve customers or as a presentation space and meetings for companies, managers of
bars in the city, etc.
