SITE
MILESTONE DATES
• The final grading has started on the East side of the site and progress will Schematic Design Presentation November 11, 2010
continue to be made towards the South side of the site.
• The sport light poles have been installed. Architect Signs Documents November 24, 2010

CONCESSION BUILDING
• The exterior masonry is complete and the interior is 80 percent complete. The Proposal Part A Due December 21, 2010
plumbing and electrical work will continue. Proposal Part B Due December 22, 2010
• The metal roof material has been installed and the trim installation has started.

FIELD HOUSE
General Contractor Recommendation to School Board January 10, 2011
• The metal building is being installed and the placement of the roof has started.
• The interior masonry walls for the mezzanine are complete. First Owner/CO Meeting February 15, 2011
• The plumbing and electrical are currently being installed.
Construction Start Date February 18, 2011
FIELD/TRACK Building Permit Issued March 16, 2011
• The field has been laser graded. The liner and base stone have been installed
along with the field drainage system.
Substantial Completion (Field/Track and Bleachers) August 1, 2011
• The inside and outside track curbs are complete. Substantial Completion (Buildings) August 15, 2011
• The track base is being installed and the asphalt for the running surface will be
installed this week.
• The approved turf layout has been sent to the manufacturer. It will be two to four
weeks until the turf delivery.
BLEACHERS & PRESS BOX
• Overall, the grandstands are 90 percent complete. The grandstand piers are
complete. The press box framing is scheduled to begin in two weeks.
