Whether you are deploying a new capability with SAS® or modernizing the tool set that people already use in your organization, change management is a valuable practice. Sharing the news of a change with employees can be a daunting task and is often put off until the last possible second. Organizations frequently underestimate the impact of the change, and the results of that miscalculation can be disastrous. Too often, employees find out about a change just before mandatory training and are expected to embrace it. But change management is far more than training. It is early and frequent communication, an inclusive discussion, encouraging and enabling the development of an individual, and facilitating learning before, during, and long after the change. This paper not only showcases the importance of change management but also identifies key objectives for a purposeful strategy. We outline our experiences with both successful and not so successful organizational changes. We present best practices for implementing change management strategies and highlighting common gaps. For example, developing and engaging “Change Champions” from the beginning alleviates many headaches and avoids disruptions. Finally, we discuss how the overall company culture can either support or hinder the positive experience change management should be and how to engender support for formal change management in your organization.

Chapter 3: FEASIBILITY STUDY FEASIBILITY STUDY A feasibility study is a high-level capsule version of the entire System analysis and Design Process. The study begins by classifying the problem definition. Feasibility is to determine if it’s worth doing. Once an acceptance problem definition has been generated, the analyst develops a logical model of the system. A search for alternatives is analyzed carefully. There are 3 parts in feasibility study. i. Managerial feasibility ii. Technical feasibility iii. Financial feasibility iv. Commercial and economic feasibility v. Social feasibility or acceptability 1. Managerial feasibility Operational feasibility is the measure of how well a proposed system solves the problems, and takes advantage of the opportunities identified during scope definition and how it satisfies the requirements identified in the requirements analysis phase of system development. The operational feasibility assessment focuses on the degree to which the proposed development projects fits in with the existing business environment and objectives with regard to development schedule, delivery date, corporate culture and existing business processes.To ensure success, desired operational outcomes must be imparted during design and development. These include such design-dependent parameters as reliability, maintainability, supportability, usability, producibility, disposability, sustainability, affordability and others. These parameters are required to be considered at the early stages of design if desired operational behaviours are to be realised. A system design and development requires appropriate and timely application of engineering and management efforts to meet the previously mentioned parameters. A system may serve its intended purpose most effectively when its technical and operating characteristics are engineered into the design. Therefore, operational feasibility is a critical aspect of systems engineering that needs to be an integral part of the early design phases. 2. TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY This involves questions such as whether the technology needed for the system exists, how difficult it will be to build, and whether the firm has

Process mining methods have in recent years enabled the development of more sophisticated Process models which represent and detect a broader range of student behaviors than was previously possible. This paper summarizes key Process mining perspectives that have supported student modeling efforts, discussing also the specific constructs that have been modeled with the use of educational process mining and key upcoming directions that are needed for educational process mining research to reach its full potential. Process mining aims to discover, monitor and improve real processes by extracting knowledge from event logs readily available in today’s information systems. This paper is designed to give a view on the capabilities of process mining techniques in the context of higher education system which involves and deals with administrative and academic tasks like enrolment of students in a particular case, alienation of traditional classroom teaching model, detection of unfair means used in online examination, detection of abnormal values in the result sheet of students, prediction about students performance, identify the drop outs, and students who need special attention and allow the teacher to provide appropriate advising /counseling and so on.

ow-a-days data volumes are growing rapidly in several domains. Many factors have contributed to this growth, including inter alia proliferation of observational devices, miniaturization of various sensors ,improved logging and tracking of systems, and improvements in the quality and capacity of both disk storage and networks .Analyzing such data provides insights that can be used to guide decision making. To be effective, analysis must be timely and cope with data scales. The scale of the data and the rates at which they arrive make manual inspection infeasible. As an educational management tool, predictive analytics can help and improve the quality of education by letting decision makers address critical issues such as enrollment management and curriculum Development. This paper presents an analytical study of this approach’s prospects for education planning. The goals of predictive analytics are to produce relevant information, actionable insight, better outcomes, and smarter decisions, and to predict future events by analyzing the volume, veracity, velocity, variety, value of large amounts of data and interactive exploration.

Created by Mozilla Research in 2012 and now part of Linux Foundation Europe, the Servo project is an experimental rendering engine written in Rust. It combines memory safety and concurrency to create an independent, modular, and embeddable rendering engine that adheres to web standards. Stewardship of Servo moved from Mozilla Research to the Linux Foundation in 2020, where its mission remains unchanged. After some slow years, in 2023 there has been renewed activity on the project, with a roadmap now focused on improving the engine’s CSS 2 conformance, exploring Android support, and making Servo a practical embeddable rendering engine. In this presentation, Rakhi Sharma reviews the status of the project, our recent developments in 2023, our collaboration with Tauri to make Servo an easy-to-use embeddable rendering engine, and our plans for the future to make Servo an alternative web rendering engine for the embedded devices industry.
