The Sport Psychology program at John F. Application Requirements
 Must have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited
institution and a 3.0 GPA
 Must submit:
• Official transcripts from bachelor conferring institution and
any post-bachelor credits
• A personal statement, two double-spaced, typewritten
pages, reflect the applicant’s interest in the field of sport
psychology and this program
• Three letters of recommendation which attest to the
applicant’s suitability for the program
