Meeting ELCC Standards Standard How my project will be implemented through this standard 1.0: 1.2, 1.3, 1.5 I will be facilitating the development and implementation of our school vision of learning supported by our school community and having community involvement in the enrichment program 2.0: 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 I will be promoting a positive school culture to students, districts and parents, providing an effective instructional program, and applying best practices for student learning 3.0: 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 I will be managing our organization, operations, and resources in a way that will promote a safe, efficient and effective learning environment. I am committed to managing the program and its resources which is aligned with the school vision. 4.0: 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 I will use collaboration with families and learning community members and respond to the diverse community interests and needs by involving a diverse group of people to support the program 5.0: 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 I will be acting ethically and with integrity and fairness throughout the program to help students gain their maximum potential in alignment with our school mission. 6.0: 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 I will be evaluating and responding to the influences of the larger political, social, economic, legal and cultural context in order to support student learning and advocate for them to ensure a positive learning environment for all students.
