Since 1959, this place has always been the link between innovation and
people. The Parisian phone’s ladies- Les demoiselles du téléphone - had
the tough mission to connect customers and companies : ensure the link.

Reasserted role : incubator for new collaborative and managerial practices
Identified actions to continue getting better
- settle an animation in the coworking space to go hereafter conviviality and create new synergies,
new learning between peers
- a strategy of space “jobs/usage” orientated to design/ segment the working space
- space flexibility with diversified workstations and an appropriate level of equipment
- privacy respect (intimacy) =>allow isolation inside the collaborative space
- development of communication channels and collaboration in real time to allow behavioral and
organizational agility
