2. How did we attract or address our
audience
• All of our actors were within the age range
(30-50) of our target audience, which
hopefully made them more relatable.

3. How did we attract or address our
audience
• In particular we wanted our thriller to follow
Simon because we find him to be the most
relatable character for our audience.

4. How did we attract or address our
audience
• Our film Genre is a political thriller. This genre
is becoming more popular with the release of
films such as ‘Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy’ and
‘The fifth estate’. The genre is appealing more
to an older audience.

audience
• While looking for real life cases and trends in
todays cinema viewings we obtained an
insight into what people watched. That
allowed us to address our audience and then
attract them

6. How did we attract or address our
audience
• We used tension and release to attract our
audience. We built up tension throughout our
film which is dispersed at the end, like a
rubber band snapping.

7. How did we attract or address our
audience
• In our thriller we focused on a specific object
to attract our audience to (the hard-drive).
Using this object we got our audience
interesting in the film and the journey of the
object from the moment it appears
