2. As an international student studying abroad in
the U.S. can sometimes be difficult when trying
to make friends and socialize.
Fact 1: During the 2011-2012 school year more
than 764,400 international students were
attending American colleges.

4. As a student of the social media era it can be as
easy as clicking a mouse to finding a
group, club, team, or others that you can meet
with to help the transition from being a long
way from home.

businesses in different cities
(i.e. restaurants, shopping areas, and others)
are rated by people who have been there.

students learn about what it is like going to
college in America from other international students.

communicate with other students and
companies (in the United States or in their
